Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Launch and Restock Periods: During new releases, restocks and sale periods please allow an additional 2-4 working days for dispatch on top of the normal shipping times. 

Public Holidays: Not included as business delivery days.

*Additional Duties: We do our best to ensure the amount of tax you are charged is as minimal as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that you won't encounter any taxes upon their order entering your country. Please refer to Section 11 of our Terms of Service for further information in relation to import duties, handling fees, customs charges and local sales taxes.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

Orders being shipped outside of Australia can be sent with Standard Shipping (with Australia Post) or Express Shipping (with DHL Express). 

Orders will be shipped out (from Victoria) within 1-2 Business Days after make your purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Taneth fit clothing Corp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
